I haven't tested all of the functions but it will record with clear sound and a nice picture. Zoom feature functions. It will rewind, fast forward, stop, and eject. The battery contacts are clean. It comes with an aftermarket Maxwell battery and a Panasonic charger. Battery and charger tested and work. I don't know how long the battery will last after a full charge. Also included is a Maxwell adapter that allows these small tapes to be played in a standard VCR. The adapter has had a visual inspection only since I don't have a VCR. It also includes 5 new in package blank cassette tapes.
