Description: These salt and pepper shakers were produced by the Poole Silver Co. in Massachusetts probably around the turn of the century. They are intricately embossed on both sides with an Art Nouveau design of flowers and leaves. Being quite old, they have a wonderfully dark patina. Each cap screws onto the shaker, one having 10 holes, the other 8. They are 4.75" tall and are quite heavy, about 6 oz. each, so they would make a wonderful way to display antique hat pins or stick pins and would be the perfect addition to any antique collection.
