Description: One Harris 028-115176-101 5.5-7GHz 2W+ Up Conv. 2304MHz IF 23dB Hi side W/cables This is for one Harris 028-115176-101 5.5-7GHz 2W class A complete Up Converter for 2304MHz I.F. Gain is typically 23dB. Use high side injection with 8064MHz L.O. and a power level of -17dBm. For 5.760GHz with a 2304MHz I.F. your L.O. should be 8.064GHz @ -17dBm. The Neg. bias voltage must be applied first as with any GaAs FET device. This bias can come from a -2V regulator to a 100 ohm pot to the bias pin and a 50 ohm resistor from the bias pin to ground. Set the pot for zero ohms so to have 2V on the bias pin. Then apply all 3 Positive 10.1 supply voltages. Now you should adjust your pot to set the voltage specified on top of the converter. Total current for the 10.1V supply is 2 amps. I believe the mixer is image reject since no filters are required. All 3 ports are SMP Jacks. I am including the 3 adapter cables to SMA in this auction. Great for your portable 5.760GHz transverter. Please view all 3 photos.
