DC Metro Police has issued several of this type of badge during the Anniversary years of this horrible event. This one was the first issue style. It looks nothing like the department issued badge. It was sold to Department members and also to the general public. The item holds NO Law Enforcement powers at all and never did. Pin backed and Hallmarked. No damage to the item.
