Measurements: 12" x 4" x 4" The artist: Gino Seward was born in 1972 in Nanaimo, British Columbia. He is of both Coast Salish (father) and Kwakwaka’wakw (mother) descent. Gino began carving at the age of eleven and was taught by his Salish grandfather and by the Kwakiutl master carvers Jackson and William Robertson. Gino prefers to carve finely, detailed plaques and amazing freestanding totems.
