Description: Very nice basketweave headstall, fully lined and stitched, spotted; marked MARTIN SADDLERY. Three piece adjustment buckle sets, rosettes on the brow band, and conchos at the bit attachment are all matching MORTENSON SILVER & SADDLE hardware marked CLINT'S. Headstall is in good used condition, no missing stitching or damage; a few of the spots on one side of the brow band are mashed. Leather is supple and pliable. Long shank snaffle bit has a solid copper mouth, sterling mounted with a rubies inset in the conchos. No makers marks. Shanks are approx. 6 3/4" long, mouth is approx. 5" wide. Good used condition.
