I tried to do research on this figure, but from what I can tell it is pretty hard to find. It was sold by Atlas in France, and that is about the extent of my knowledge. I do not know what material it is made from, but it does not look like plastic. I think it may be a ceramic of some type, but I cannot feel the material to check because it is still unopened.
