It is NOT card board, metal, plastic or wood. This listing is for one (1) N scale apartment building modeled after some apartments I have seen in Brooklyn NY (Franklin Ave). This is a card stock kit. Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures. Assemble as shown, or use as extended background flats on your backdrop. Over 35 images were used to create the building texture you see here. Uniquely paced shadow effects to increase the 3D effect of a 2D image. No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!!All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas. You do not need a ruler or scoring tool to make fold like most other kits. Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you! Only a narrow pair of tweezers (not included) to help with placement of some parts. A fine tip brush and paint (not included) can be used to conceal perforation makes if desired (see picture). Card Stock is a form of thick PAPER. This is NOT a wooden or plastic kit. I design all of my kits with simplicity in mind when it comes to assembly. They are not intended to complete with laser cut wood/card , brass or injection molded kits with many parts. The majority of my kits can be assembled in less than 1 hour. Unsure about card stock models? No problem.
