The enclosure is down firing with an integrated 300-watt shallow mount subwoofer and will not interfere with any of the vehicles high/low position seat adjustability for both factory and aftermarket seats. Installation is made easy with our One Tool Installation System (O.T.I.S.) which reduces the install time and complexity eliminating the need for multiple tools or vehicle modification.
