These are wire frames that are made to freestand. The rope lights and the frames are both colored to make it really pop. This is a vintage item. As you can see from the photographs there are small sections that are out. From what I can tell they used a white rope light and spray painted it with the color that you see. Please understand this is a vintage item and although most of it is working as seen in the photographs there is no guarantee it will continue to work. As most vintage Christmas items you may need to do minor repairs on it to make it fully functional for your needs.
