The scope comes equipped with: Adjustable 3-9 times magnification, for targeting out to 500 yards and beyond 1/4 MOA/click windage and elevation adjustment dials with locking turrets An adjustable objective lens or AO - that allows for sharper focus of the target image, elimination of parallax, and range estimation Aircraft grade 6061 aluminum construction, for lightweight and durable performance A detachable throw lever for smooth and controlled adjustment of the magnification dial A sealed, nitrogen charged scope tube for resistance to fog and water The S3940-AO weighs 1 lb 2 ounces. It has a 1 inch diameter tube and requires a mount with 1 inch diameter scope rings. The scope is 14 inches in total length. The outside diameter of the eyepiece is 44mm and the outside diameter of the objective lens is 50 mm. Package includes a one-piece machined aluminum offset scope mount for mounting to Picatinny rail equipped rifles. The mount provides 2 inches of forward extension allowing for for optimum eye relief and shooting position.
