They called them "FASHION PLATE WALL ACCESSORIES". This stunning piece is framed in anodized aluminum and is in very good condition considering it's 50 years old. The painting is of what you could consider a 'C' or a bulls eye, or an directional arrow, and its meant to be hung in any direction you choose—brackets are provided on all 4 corners to do just that. The colors are just magical and will bring a lot of pop to your decor.
