Description: This is a nice Michael Storey signed bronze & stone sculpture with lizard decoration 2 of 2. In pretty decent shape as the pics show with some glue like residue & minor imperfections in pics 10-12. I'm not sure if something else was mounted on this piece or not but it comes exactly as shown. It measures 4 7/8" tall and the base is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" Michael was born in England in 1948, moved to New Zealand with his family then settled in Australia. Always on the fringe of art he turned to bronze sculpture in 1981. Michael is now based in Somerset. His vivid imagination and lifelong affair with wildlife is the amalgam of the work of this artist.
