MIAMI VICE LAPEL PIN 1984 Vintage Unused NOS New Old Stock Metal 1980s TV Show

Description: Carded lapel pin from the 1980s television series 'MIAMI VICE', which starred Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas. This jewelry item was one of the first pieces of 'Miami Vice' merchandise released shortly after the show debuted in 1984, and is a vintage piece from that era. The pin is made of metal, and has an enamel-like shiny coating on the front. The pin is attached to a satin-like, pillowy backing display. The backing display measures approximately 1 14/16" tall (not counting the tab at the top), and the pin measures approximately 1" across by 1/2" tall. The back of the pin is a gold-colored lapel pin back/butterfly clutch, as shown in the 5th photo. The pin does not show a manufacturer, nor does it show a copyright or production date. The pin is new old stock, never removed from the backing display. The backing display shows some curvature, as shown in the 3rd, and 4th photos. The tab at the top of the display is creased, with a crack along the back at the crease, best seen in the 7th photo. There is light staining on the display, especially along the top.
