Description: Vintage 1967 Mego Planet of the Apes/Catapult and Wagon Playset w/original Box RARE! This is a vintage 1967 Mego POTA/Catapult and Wagon Playset with original Vintage box . Complete and original with original price sticker on box to confirm authenticity. All original and NO reproduction parts or box here... Toy is NR MT and complete. All original including original rubber band which is snapped but toy still operates correctly. The rubber band can be replaced but I chose to keep it original. The box is vintage original with the original price sticker still on the box (SEE PHOTOS). You can tell by looking at the cardboard used it is true and correct to the era of 1967 and not a reproduction. There is some wear and small rips and dents on the box in various locations. Box end flaps have some warpage but still open and close good. No major tears and not bad. This piece is very rare and very hard to find complete with the original box in any condition. This would be a really great addition to any Mego or POTA collection.
