I will add extra bubble wrap to sets without hard slip covers for extra protection & mark all packages as fragile. I check all sets for damage & loose discs after I purchase them & again before I ship them. If your set gets damaged during the shipping process (it rarely happens, but some workers ignore fragile), please let me know & I will exchange it for a new set. -I am an individual seller with a small store. Everything is done by me. I pick out the product, purchase it, transport it home, photograph it, list it, package it & ship it. As well as handle all communication with buyers or potential buyers. All items are stored where they cant be damaged. All photographs are of the exact item you are purchasing. All sets are authentic & the exact set that is In the photos, so them being not as described will not happen unless I accidentally ship the wrong set, which I've only done once when I mixed up labels.
