Description: Martin D-45 / Acoustic Guitar w/ Original HC made in 2001 Description Condition: Used I am selling a Martin D-45 (made in 2001). I bought it new and only strummed it occasionally. As I've gotten older, I have fewer opportunities to play it, so I would like to give it to someone who will cherish it. It has been hung in an air-conditioned, soundproof, non-smoking room, so the neck is straight and the top is almost flat. It has been more than 20 years, so it has become quite vintage-like, and there are scratches and weather checks as shown in the photo, but it is relatively clean considering its age. A few years ago, a part of the bracing on the back plate came off, and it was repaired with Titebond, which is often used as an adhesive for acoustic guitars. The photo inside the sound hole shows a slightly dirty area. The gold-plated pegs are also highly durable and the tuning is stable, but as shown in the photo, they have become cloudy over time, which I think gives it a nice look.
