I keep all my dolls in a smoke free, pet free environment. I want my buyers to be happy so I will accept returns, no partial credits will be given on used dolls. If no error on my part buyer pays return shipping fee. I will refund for the dolls minus shipping fee if the buyer decides they no longer like or want dolls. Shipping will be all USPS Priority mailed, unless the buyer request the cheaper rate USPS Ground Advantage which may take 21 or longer days to be received by buyer.
