Description: Ludwig Classic Maple 14x22 bass drum in Black Oyster Pearl. I’m guessing this is two to three years old. In very good used condition. It has a few small imperfections, nothing major. I go through inspect all of my drums and describe everything I see. Please see all pics. I’m pointing out things in a couple pictures. Heads have plenty of life left on them, the Ludwig reso smooth white head on front side of drum has a little ding on it and some light little scratches very hard to see. Inside the shell close to the reso head are a couple little black smudges or something, very small and probably from the black sound foam that was in the drum for muffling when I bought it. Hoops have a few dings and scratches not bad, the usual you see on black painted hoops on used drums. Batter hoop has the bass pedal indentations and scuffs. The wrap is beautiful. I did notice a little tiny bump on top of shell where it looks like there may have been a piece of debris from the factory before they wrapped the shell, I’m pointing it out on pic but you can’t see it and you would need to look for it very hard to find it under a light, very tiny.
