Description: These scrapbook pages came out of a 7 volume scrapbook of movie star photos, clippings and autographs totaling about 400 pages. This scrapbook was collected in the 40's and put into this scrapbook sometime later. The woman who compiled it was name Edith also spelled Edythe and one of the photos is inscribed and signed to her. She was an avid fan who lived in New York at that time and compiled many scrapbooks filled with clippings and autographs. Please see the Autographs & Ephemera category in my store for more 1940's era autographs collected by this woman. In 1946 she became the head of the Lloyd Bridges fan club (see charter signed). This section of her scrapbook includes 15 8x10 photos all but 1 inscribed to "Edythe", 1 Christmas Card signed. 1 Club Charter signed, and 8 more cut signatures.
