Description: A larger and perfect;ly frosted piece scarce and beautiful AQUAMARINE beach combed sea glass; very smooth even frosting and in jewelry quality. Neat free-form shape. Has been carefully end drilled by my friend (former sea glass jewelry maker) whose sea glass stock I am currently selling. Aquamarine is possibly THE most popular color among artists working with sea glass, and larger pieces are getting hard to find; this is one of the last ones I have. Selling off the best of a 30-years+ personal seaglass collection, beach combed primarily from the Pacific Northwest, California, Puerto Rico and Hawaii; almost all in FLAWLESS condition or excellent jewelry quality. Includes many rare and popular colors in jewelry quality. Once it's gone, it's gone... the beaches these pieces came from have mostly been picked clean now, so there is no more to follow this. Condition, etc.: Piece is in very well frosted condition with all corners and edges soft and rounded; clean hole, and overall about as nice as they come. Very "fine" frosting, typical of sea glass from Puerto Rico. It measures about 1" (25mm) long by just under 9/16" (14mm) across, and is just 1/8" (3mm) thick, at thickest - very FLAT. Just a lovely smooth piece in a scarce and beautiful color - ready for your creativity! Please check all the photos! I try to give an impression of both SIZE (glass is pictured with a US Dime for scale reference) and QUALITY (large, clear close-up images) so you can clearly see what you are buying. Obvious flaws/problems will be mentioned and photographed, when possible. Thank you for looking at my eBay listings with sea glass and other beach treasures! Please take a moment to look at my other items; discounted shipping is offered when you buy and pay for multiple lots at the same time, and I usually have MANY lots with sea glass listed (click the "Shipping & payments" tab for full details). FREE SHIPPING for total purchases over $75.00! Note the relatively low shipping costs-- most lots ship via USPS first class mail to save expenses. $8.50 to ship and "handle" a single little piece of glass by Priority Mail strikes me as a bit extravagant. Priority Mail is used for bulkier and heavier items, or for multiple-item purchases with 5 or more items. Yes, overseas shipping has become quite expenses, but blame the USPS, not me! If you like what you see in my shop, may I suggest signing up for the "Store Newsletter" (link above left) to receive periodic information about new items. I will NOT bombard you with constant messages-- at MOST you will hear from me about once a month. Note: I sell only genuine beach combed sea glass and pottery! All glass and pottery I offer for sale on eBay was collected either by me and my wife, in person and is "natural," as found on various local and regional beaches, as well as a few items from further afield. When location of origin is known, it will be in the listing. I do not tumble, treat, oil or otherwise "improve" the glass I sell-- what you see is what you get. I have been a beach comber and sea glass collector for about 45 years-- since I was a small child.
