Description: Beautiful vintage copy of The Lady Of The Lake by Sir Walter Scott, Edition 1830. The binding has begun to crack a bit so I have been extra careful when turning pages for pictures. In overall excellent shape for its age, the pages while browned from time are free of marks (save one small pencil mark on first page) and folding. There is one page second to the last which has a slightly irregular cut (a bit of excess paper). I found a small pledge card for a church inside which may have been someone's placeholder at the time. I like to include these little bits of the book's personal history when I pass them on to the next person. I am always open to reasonable offers and try my best to provide free shipping on my items.
