Description: Love this Kinsale smock! Only reason I’m selling is it’s a wee to small across the shoulders. A little history of the Kinsale smock - “They were a traditional garment worn by fishermen when mending nets or gutting fish which is why they were also known as gut coats. Colors available in the wind resistant, heavy brushed cotton were navy, rust, royal and tan.” The fabric of this smock is a heavy, sturdy cotton. There are a few imperfections through the fabric (i did my best to capture in the photos) but I think it’s adds to the smocks character. The more this smock is worn, the better it gets.
