Description: Used King Silvertone Cornet - medium bore. By the H.N. White Co., Cleveland, OhioSerial Number: 168196 , which puts its manufacturing date between 1930-1935.There is some minor wear in the lacquer, otherwise in very good condition for its age with no dents.Comes with two H.N.White 38 - DEL STAIGERS mouthpieces (each worth between $50-$100 a piece based on my research). Also, comes with a number of maintenance items (brushes, Valve Oil, Slide Grease)Cornet was serviced in 2020. Purchased this Cornet in 2020 with the intention of teaching myself how to it play during the Covid lockdown. Spent about 10 hours on the cornet after it was serviced and then gave up. Ended up learning the Oboe instead (my main instrument is the Clarinet).
