A recommended title for all movie buffs. SYNOPSIS: Journalist Pauk Rigaud( Helmut Dantine), had spent eight years as a convict on Devil's Island. He now devotes his energies to exposing the horrible conditions at the notorious penal colony. The governor of French Guinea is sympathetic but helpless, because the Devil's Island overseer Bayard (William Talman) has technically committed no crimes. Investigating the situation, Dantine learns that Talman is the mastermind of a gold-smuggling operation run by the owners of a nearby plantation. This comes from a nice film transfer. Comes in hard shell case with artwork and title printed on disc as well.We do not offer refunds but will replace any defective disc. This is a collectors dvd. Not commercial release.
