It has two nylon carry straps, a blue blue polka-dot pouch for waste bags, blue polka-dot lining, removable matching polka-dot pad, and four protective feet on the bottom. The top has a dual top zipper closure, an outside zipper flap on the end that can be unzipped to let the pet poke out his head, and embroidered "Haute Dog" on the side. It measures 16" long, 10 1/2" high, and 7 1/2" deep.
