Description: For sale is the late 1920's Harwood Perpetual watch in 14k gold filled Harwood's were sold under the Perpetual brand in the US while being sold as Harwood brand in the rest of world according to the Harwood history http://www.harwood-watches.com/en/history/index.html I am not familiar with the production volumes, but I have not seen the Perpetual branded version near as often as often as the Harwood branded version. I have owned this watch for over 25 years and it was cleaned and oiled in 1997 after I first purchased it. The case is in excellent condition, no inscriptions or engraving.The balance wheel rotates freely, and the bumper winder oscillates back and forth as it should. The time does adjust when rotating the bezel.The movement is not running at this time, whether dry, or not winding enough.I do not have a band for it.Dial condition is fairly depicted in the pictures.
