Description: I have for sale an 1896 presidential campaign medal for William McKinley & Garret Hobart. McKinley won the election and became our 25th president. The medal is dark in color and probably made of bronze or copper, its 1 3/8 inches in diameter and in a high grade circulated condition, close to uncirculated. The medal obverse shows the conjoined bust of McKinley & Hobart with their names. On the reverse at the rim it reads THE PRESIDENTS OF THE - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. At the top rim it has a circle of 13 stars. In the center it shows the bust of George Washington inside a wreath and around his bust it shows the tiny bust of the presidents up to President Cleveland.
