Fender Japan ST-62 Stratocaster Vintage Reissue Old Candy Apple Red CIJ

Description: Up for sale is a Fender Japan ST-62 Vintage Reissue in Old Candy Apple Red (simulating an aged candy apple red vintage finish). It features a mint green pickguard with aged pick up covers, aged control knobs. Sorry but I did not get the tremolo arm with this guitar.Serial# is Q019XXX (Crafted In Japan) which indicates it was manufactured between 2002 and 2004. The nut measures aprox. 42mm and the neck profile is a comfortable slim C shape (the back of the neck shows some real nice figured maple pattern). The frets are vintage style and they don't show no visible dents nor signs of heavy wear. This particular model and trim has been out of production. The pickups are Fender Japan Vintage ones and these sound really good in my opinion. The pots and the 5 way switch are scratchy.Sorry but I don't have the tremolo arm nor the original gig bag.The guitar will be shipped in a generic gig bag but I will bubble wrap it to protect during shipping. There are very light scratches, nicks and dings throughout that I tried to show in the photos. The larger nick one is on the upper side of the body. I received the guitar in this condition so the price is also adjusted accordingly due to the issues described. The guitar weighs 7 lbs 6 oz and it plays and sounds really good.
