Description: This fabulous vintage New York poster just screams 1980s Manhattan; an aerial view of the skyline that includes the World Trade Center Twin Towers on a clear day with a beautiful blue sky and fluffy clouds in the background. The poster was published by Portal Publications, Corte Madera, California. It has been beautifully custom framed with a wide outer bright red matte, inset with a narrow gold matte border that complements the lines on the poster (see photos for detail). It is mounted in a chrome metal frame that is brushed on the outer edges and has a smooth narrow edge on the front. It is mounted with glare-resistant glass, and definitely feels more like fine art than a poster in a college dorm room. It measures about 24 3/4 inches tall and is approximately 20 1/4 inches wide (framed), a nice medium-large size. The print is in very good condition - no stains, spots, holes or tears. The matting is in great condition with no spots, holes, cracks or tears. The frame has some minor scuffing (minimal - does not show up well on photos), consistent with age, but is also in good condition. The cardboard backing on the back of the piece is in good condition. The glass is in good condition - no chips or cracks. The hanging bracket and wire are secure and sturdy. See photos for more details.
