Description: Exceptional Antique Renaissance Revival Silver & Paste Stone Pendant Necklace This wonderful antique necklace features a diverse array of decorative elements and devices including milgrain filigree work, hundreds of granulation beads, scrollwork, rosettes, hearts, shells, colorful simulated opal cabochons, burnt orange paste cabochons and beads, black beads and faceted gold rhinestones along its 24 3/4-inches of overall length. Each of the stations and the pendant are double sided, having the same pattern without the stones on one side, and the 24 3/4-inch overall length necklace is strikingly grand and sumptuous from its spring-ring clasp and bead encrusted chain to its 4 1/2-inch long pendant assembly. In excellent condition, the various metal components test positive for low grade to 800 silver with the exception of the spring-ring which is marked and tests positive for sterling silver, and the necklace weighs 47.6 grams.
