ABOUT THE RECORDWe Too Are One is the seventh studio album by Eurythmics, released in September 1989. It would be the duo's last studio release for a decade until 1999's Peace. When it was released, the album went straight to #1 in the UK, where it has since been certified double platinum. It spawned four singles, all of which reached the UK top 30: Revival, Don't Ask Me Why, The King and Queen of America, and Angel. In the United States, Don't Ask Me Why (#40 Hot 100) was the only single to chart. Despite the four main singles being reasonably successful, none of them were included on the duo's 2005 Ultimate Collection album. A companion home video, We Two Are One Too, was released in 1990 and featured the promotional videos for the five singles from the album and other footage of the band performing the album's other tracks.
