Once we drop off your package to USPS we have no control over transit times. If items arrive deceased please follow our verification process for DOA's. Livestock Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: Although we have high success with our shipments, dealing with livestock means DOA's are possible. If fish arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA), then we will refund if verification is met. By purchasing our livestock you are agreeing to abide by the below verification process.
