The floor of mango, pineapple, banana, and raisins roll across your taste .buds mixed with the brown sugar, onion, garlic, tomato, salt, and spices, with a hint of vinegar. All of these are blended so well that it’s hard to distinguish one flavor from another, but done with such finesse, you will want more. Since this is a fruit-based hot sauce, I loved using it on grilled jumbo shrimp, fish tacos, and even on a burger with a slice of grilled pineapple. This sauce would be excellent for basting a ham for the holidays.
