I am not a dealer or grader, but going by the 2023 Overstreet guide, I can safely say this one can fit into the 8.0 grade at the very least. This book was purchased new & never read, therefore no handling evidence. Spine is flat, staples tight & clean, colors are vivid. Inside is perfect, accept a few page bottoms have the typical bindery marks. I can say with confidence, that one will probably never see a better copy. Overstreet shows this one in 8.0 condition at 47 dollars. I have been collecting for over 55 years, and need to be downsizing, so I hope someone else can enjoy this on.
