Description: This is a crate B 200 XL 200 W base head made in the USA in St. Louis Missouri. I just had this amp serviced, all pots and sliders lubricated, all connections, checked, cleaned, and serviced. I played through this head today into a Marshall 412 and it sounds fantastic absolutely no scratchy pots or sliders. This is an all American made in the USA solid state 200 W base head. It has two external speaker jacks with a 4 Ohms minimum total load. This base cabinet is built like a tank. It is very heavy. The four corners are protected with heavy duty plastic bumper protection. One of the corners is broken away as you can see in my photos. The cabinet is extremely solid. It sounds great. very clean all the way up to full volume with the gain low. with the gain up my six string, Electric sounds amazing. it can be very loud. Of course, sounds great with bass two.
