The Perpetual Calendar feature means the date is always right - it automatically adjusts the date every month based on where the year is in relation to leap years. You never have to set it or correct it. The watch is in good condition except for some moderate wear on the bracelet where the gold coating has worn off in some areas. The sapphire crystal is in pristine condition. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR PICTURES OF THE WATCH AND CONDITION. The bracelet is sized for about a 7 1/2" wrist. Links can be removed to fit smaller wrists.
