Description: New in tin 2004 Case Brothers Candy Stripe Cheetah (#5317). The Case company manufactured the Candy Stripe collection in early 2004 and they are becoming hard to find! This knife has the Celluloid handle, which is one of the original synthetics used by Case. Along with the unique handle, this knife holds the traditional Case badge shield and is packaged in the Case Brothers tin. ONLY 500 OF THESE KNIVES WERE PRODUCED. The Cheetah knife measures 4 1/4" closed and features a stainless steel locking clip blade. This knife has been stored in my warehouse since I received it directly from the factory. It has never been sharpened or carried. The blade is tight and still has a good snap. THERE IS ONE IMPERFECTION, HOWEVER. THERE IS A SCRATCH ON THE BOLSTER. I HAVE TAKEN A CLOSEUP PICTURE SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING. SINCE THIS KNIFE HAS NEVER BEEN OUT OF ITS BOX SINCE I RECEIVED IT FROM THE FACTORY, THIS SCRATCH IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT THAT I DID NOT NOTICE WHEN I DID THE ORIGINAL INTAKE.
