This item is professionally rebuilt to all the newest specifications. It ought to tell you something about the quality of a rebuild when these other guys aren't even willing to spend the $0.90 on a new tag/nameplate for their "rebuilds" and ought to make you question what else they aren't willing to replace if a $0.90 part was too much. Calibration equipment is where the money is and if it wasn't required to do the job right we would rather have the money in our pocket.
