One of these special issues also adds color to the waves surrounding the Bluenose. A nod to Canada’s rich maritime heritage, the blue paint makes this the first colored 10-cent circulation coin. The coins are presented in an attractive presentation folder with additional information about each coin. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.
