This instrument has a wood body. This instrument was completely repadded with high quality pads. The wood and silver plating is clean and shiny, with some scratching. In some places the silver plating has worn through to the copper underneath. This instrument has Silver plated keys, which really shine, though the plating has worn through to the underlying copper in several places. The instrument itself has been repadded and is plays perfectly now. The case is sturdy and has a hard shell.
