It is complete with all 140 Tile pieces (five colors, 28 pieces each), plastic game board, five plastic racks, box and instructions. It does not have the box liner, but that effects nothing. The box has shelf wear on the corners/edges/faces, two lid corners are split/taped with clear box tape. The tiles, board and racks look good.
