Description: Battery Life Extender Add to weak or lifeless battery, don't overfill any cells. Wear proper eye protection and clothing before ever working on any battery. Charge battery with covers removed, watch for bubbling in all cells. Cells that don't bubble are dead and need longer charging. I use a 200 Amp Associated boost charger on a 15 minute timer to really de-sulphanate the cells. I repeat this process 5 times with an hour rest between boosts. Sounds like a hassle, but I'm in the garage anyway. If you have a dead cell, you can place a copper wire probe, directly in the cell and hook your negative to the cell directly. This should be watched carefully till bubbles start to form, then proceed normally as before. I haven't bought a new battery in 15 years from using this procedure. The 200 amp booster with timer has paid for itself 100 times over. Less of a charger will still work, just not as good. No charger at all will work over time in your vehicle Cars, boats, golf carts, RV's, lawn tractors, motorcycles, etc. There was no end to buying batteries. Sealed batteries need to have each cell drilled out, then plugged with rubber caps. You get two bottles of Battery Life Extender. Usually enough to rejuvenate a weak battery.
