I sell across a range of platforms, so I do not monitor every package. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. I do make every reasonable effort to produce, process, and ship as quickly as possible. The post office does not always update tracking in real time. Sometimes USPS scanning is delayed until the package(s) reach a regional sort center, which normally happens within 8-12 hours of actual shipment. If you order late Friday night, for example, and do not see a tracking update Monday morning, please do not panic. Once you have received a tracking number, your order is in process and will updated shortly. Multiple Purchases / Combined Shipping: I do offer fair shipping discounts for multi-item purchases made at the same time. "Combined Shipping" happens when you make a SINGLE payment for multiple items, pay ONE shipping fee, and all of your items ship in a single package. Any shipping discount for "combined shipping" must be applied BEFORE you complete checkout.. If you order multiple items individually, then I will package and ship them individually. You cannot "combine shipping" on separate orders paid on separate invoices. For example, you cannot place an order on Tuesday, then place another order on Wednesday and then ask to "combine shipping" after you have already paid for the first order. This is non-negotiable. Petty Disclaimers: Please note that color hues/shades may differ very slightly from one screen to the next, like a wall of TV screens at a department store. They all show the same "colors" but hues and shades may differ slightly from one device to another. Please keep this in mind in case you are looking for an "exact" match to go with your other accents or decor. I cannot compare your screen's display to the physical product prior to shipment, so cannot guarantee that color hues & shades will be "exactly" the same. Generally, however, coloration is very consistent. OCD Disclaimer: The "unseen" silver side of the sign (that goes against your wall) will usually have small imperfections like thin scratches, little dimples, smudges or blemishes. This is due to the manufacture, processing, preparation, and packaging of raw metal sheets into individual plates with the coatings required for a printable product. It is not an indication of "quality." This may not be suitable for absolute perfectionists, or those with OCD. My signs and prints are indeed "very high quality," and "brand new," but will have some small material flaws to the naked eye, especially on the shiny metal side.
