Description: FOR PARTS Rampage 4 Black Edition This was formerly a working board with no issues until it was returned to me after being sold as "broken" due to the buyer's user error. It instantly shuts off when attempted to be powered on so I suspect there is a short somewhere. I could not find any damaged components after visual inspection, and do not have time to perform board repair so I'm selling as is. It comes with a E5-1620 V2 and TPM module.
