Description: This Antique/Vintage Mother of Pearls Necklace is a stunning piece of jewelry that will add a touch of elegance to any outfit. The necklace is made of Graduated Mother-of-pearl oval beads and is 32 inches in length with a fish hook closure. The beads are strung and knotted in between stones, creating a beautiful and unique design. This Necklace also has some jade in it near the Clasp and this would possibly indicate that it is from China or South East Asia. I got this information from an Online Appraisal company. . The date is unknown but it is at least Pre1960s I think. It came from a collection which had Egyptian and Asian Jewelry from the late 1800's to 1970s. *Please Read: I tested this with a Gold testing Kit and the results showed around 14K-18K. But I am not sure if it is Gold-Plated with 14K-18K+ or Solid Gold, but that is what my testing equipment results showed. But I saw a nearly identical clasp stated that theirs was14K Gold. I could not find any markings on it so I can not guantee that is Solid Gold or Plated Gold. So please do not be disappointed if it is not Solid Gold (I am just making it clear that the Clasp is not confirmed if it is plated or solid Gold but tested pretty high for the Gold). I also labeled it Graduated Pearls as the front few Pearls are Bigger then the rest near the clasp are smaller Pearls. I am no expert in Jewelry, So please use the photos to judge for your self as they reflect the Condition of this item.
