Description: All indications for this item show that it has never been used. However, I cannot get the battety to fully charge. I am guessing it will need a new battery. The earbuds and charging cord were still wrapped as they would be from the factory. I did unbind the charging cord to plug it into my iTunes account for review and to attempt to charge it. It has never gone through the set-up process as I was prompted to begin set-up. I did not set it up. There are no condition issues as for cosmetics. It looks new. The original packaging to include the case, the manual and Apple sticker are present.
