Description: Adorable estate find!! Has blemishes from age, but still has tons of character!! Has hinged front and back doors. Windows that are still intact are glass, one is missing. Has exterior light bulbs, but one is missing, pictured. Roof has been made of shingles. One part has come off, but was inside of the house, so could be put back, pictured. Wiring for lighting would need replaced as shown. It has been ran into the wooden base that the house sits on. I couldn’t find a way to open the house itself anywhere other than the hinged doors. Could be repaired I’m sure or displayed as is. See pics for details
