Description: This is a large original antique (1920s) chandelier featuring large French style satin pressed glass shade with ornate raised acanthus leaf pattern on the bottom and cameo faces with flower swag pattern around the sides. The three chandelier arms are fluted brass and clamp onto the shade at the ends. Each arm has a socket pointing toward the center of the shade, and use a standard bulb (not included). The chandelier is in excellent original condition. The brass has an aged patina but is in excellent shape and nothing is cracked. The glass has some shallow flakes on the top edge, and a few marks on the surface, but no other damage. The chandelier has been rewired at some point and is working. The ceiling canopy and some of the mounting hardware are intact, but the canopy is missing the set screw that is used to adjust height of the canopy on the post. The chandelier measures 16" in diameter and hangs down 31" from the ceiling. All pieces will be packed securely, double boxed, and fully insured during shipping.
