Description: Listing is for (1) pair of ornate, heavy solid bronze brass door levers/ handles. These were sourced directly from Europe and I believe them to be essentially, new old stock. I bought several different pairs of antique handles from a picker in Europe, and none of them have the grub holes drilled out for the set screw on the handles. It appears that after being cast, they never actually made it from the forge to the finish artist. No grub holes, some weren't deburred after the casting. All look like they've never been used. Pretty rare, and pretty cool. Currently I have (5) total pairs, of this design, 4 of which are in original, patina'd condition. The last few pics are a few pairs that I spun some magic on with a lil elbow grease and a couple other tricks to restore/ alter the finish. Thanks for looking. Cheers! Garth
